Participants compete in the extreme running "Beaver path 2014" in Sirvintu district, Lithuania, on Aug.10. Lithuania held the extreme running "Beaver path 2014" which mainly consisted of 5 km and 10 km distances. The routes were in the areas with swamps, meadows and forest paths which were difficult to pass through.

Dozens of Australians tilted a train to free a commuter whose leg was trapped between a carriage and a platform on August 6. The man was boarding in Perth when he slipped and became jammed in the 5cm gap between the carriage and the station. All commuters to got off the train. About 50 passengers lined up along the platform to tilt the carriage and successfully rescued the man.
