Siiva temple is one of the beautiful hindu temple in
Bangladesh. The temple situated at Puthia Bazar in Rajshahi district of
Bangladesh. It was built on a high plinth on the southern bank of a large tank.
The temple is a 19 – 81 m square Building and total height is 35 – 05 m. it is
Pancha Ratna type building consists of a Garbhagriha and surrounding verandah. There
are two staircases in north and south sides of the plinths. Over the four corners
of the temple four small spires with a large central spire make it a
Pancharatna. Spires of the temple are decorated by placing several miniature
spires around the main spires. The Garbhagriha has three openings on its East,
West and South. The surrounding Verandah of the temple has five archways on
each side. The building is constructed with brick and walls are covered by
plaster. In 1823, landlord Rani Bhaban Mohini Debi built this beautiful temple.
